1.Notice what you crave.

Pay close attention to what you crave for. Also note the time for your cravings
Chose a healthier option.

2.Swap unhealthy foods with better options.
Eg,for sweet cravings try dates , peanut candy,figs, energy bars etc..
For spicy cravings try spicy roasted chickpeas , grilled chicken or fish , spicy soup etc..

3.Don’t go too long without eating.
Try to consume every 3-4 hours.small snacks,smoothies can help to prevent cravings from building up

4.Drink enough water according to your BMI.
When you’re dehydrated you might feel hungry or crave more.keep track of water in take.
